Workshops & PD days

A single day of hands-on training for teachers: AI literacy, maker skills, or project-based STEM. Staff leave with techniques they can use the next morning.

Roundtables & staff talks

overSTEMed joins an existing staff meeting or teacher roundtable to work through a live question: an AI policy, a makerspace that sits unused, a unit that isn't landing. A conversation, not a pitch.

A pilot unit

Co-designed with one teacher, taught with one class, over a few weeks. Small enough to schedule, and your own students provide the evidence to judge it by.
